It really all depends on your needs.
Who will be accessing this site and how important is quality.
I wouldn’t follow the above advice, GoDaddy is a horrible host and is definitely not the best value nor the cheapest.
One place would be, Dreamhost.com with the coupon code scrape. That will give you quality hosting for less than $3 a month, and all the options and power you need. Don’t go with an unrecommended host, google Dreamhost and you will see positive reviews.

Very Simple…Least Expensive forget expensive. just free with 5-6 personal site email ids, 500mb space and awesome response 24hrs extremely good, well i used it and the most important thing is that, it gives ur site name as domain name, no sub domains etc. rubbish are there.Just visit now. Its best ever site i came across, as i was search for free web hosting for last 2 years and finally this is a solution.Bye.
